Cheddar Chile Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 lb burger
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can red kidney beans (1 lb)
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix crust ingredients and press into pie plate. Bale at 400 degrees for 10 min. & cool.
  2. Saute onion & burger. Add remainder filling ingredients.
  3. Add to crust shell.
  4. Sprinkle with remainder cheese .
  5. Bake 350 degrees / 20-30min or until bubbly.
