Ingredients:

  • 5 1/2 oz walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy.
  2. Add in noodles, cranberries, and walnuts.
  3. Take a small handfull of this and place on baking sheet 2cm appart.
  4. Bake uncovered 40 minutes at 300 degrees F.
  5. COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE TAKING OUT OF BAKING SHEET!
