Boil water in a pot and place cauliflower in. When you can insert a knife in cauliflower easily, remove it from pan and drain. Crash garlic gloves and mix with yogurt, salt and cumin. Cut cauliflower in small pieces, place in a salad bowl and pour yogurt sauce on.Stir until cauliflower pieces are coated with yogurt. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top and refrigerate. Serve cold.
