Ingredients:

  • 2 tablesoons salad oil
  • 2 cups small fresh cauliflowerets
  • 2 10- oz package frozen peas
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Add cauliflowerets and cook covered over low heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add peas, salt, and pepper; cover and cook 10 minutes longer, separating peas with fork if necessary.
  4. Stir in pimiento.
  5. Makes 8 servings.
