Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 15 cups cauliflower
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 3/4 cups chick peas
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1/2 cups curry powder
  • 5 cups water
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Start with garlic onions, ginger, then carrots and sweet potato, then tomatoes, then some water and the rest of the ingredients, to taste, obvi.
