Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put cucumbers, onions and cauliflower through food grinder. Mix in salt. Cover and let stand on counter for 3 hours.
  2. Sauce: Stir in first 6 ingredients together ni large saucepan.
  3. Mix in hot water. Add vinegar and spice bag.
  4. Heat on medium high heat, stirring often, until it comes to a boil. Boil 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Discard spice bag.
  6. Add vegetables to sauce. Stir.
  7. Pour into hot sterilized half pint jars to within 1/ inch of the top. Place sterilized metal lids on jars and screw metal bands on securely. For added assurance against spoilage, you may choose to process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
