Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey (regular honey works well if put in the micro wave to 'melt')
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (occasionally only use 1 tsp)
  • 1 tbsp water (to dislove the cornstarch)

Directions:

  1. Add 1 tablespoon oil to pan.
  2. Add the finely minced garlic and lightly brown.
  3. Be very careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. Add 3 tablespoons honey.
  5. Dissolve 1 tablespoon corn starch in 1 tablespoon water to thicken sauce.
  6. (You may add a bit more water) Thicken and stir til nice and shiny.
  7. I often make ahead, refrigerate and warm in micro wave just before using.
  8. Keeps well at least a week.
