Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey or 1 lb chicken
  • 1 (8 oz) package noodles
  • 1 (16 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can corn
  • 1 (10 oz) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown onions and meat.
  3. Season meat mixture with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
  4. Boil the noodles in water for 6 minutes and drain.
  5. Drain corn.
  6. Mix all ingredients and turn into a two-quart greased casserole dish.
  7. Bake 30 minutes.
