Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In saucepan, add water and vegetable steamer
  2. Add carrots to steamer
  3. Bring water to boil
  4. Cook until carrots are fork tender
  5. Melt butter
  6. In mixing bowl, add carrots, butter, salt and pepper
  7. Mash with potato masher until slightly mashed; leaving some chunks of carrots
