Carrots Scented With Cardamom and Fennel

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cardamom seed, ground
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a pot and stir to coat the carrots evenly.
  2. Set over a medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until tender.
