Ingredients:

  • 70 oz margarine
  • 10 cups sugar
  • 52 eggs
  • 17 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 52 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 17 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Drain Carrots.
  2. Melt Margarine.
  3. Add Carrots to margarine. Puree all ingredients in processor or blender (in batches).
  4. Pour into Greased pans and bake 45 Min at 350 degrees.
