Ingredients:

  • salt and pepper
  • for dressing: 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white whine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Toss and ingredients for salad in large bowl. add dressing to taste and toss gently.
  2. For dressing: which together all ingredients until sugar has dissolved.
