Ingredients:
2 large carrots, grated
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cardamom
57 g (1/4 cup) plain non-fat yogurt
Directions:
1. Grate carrots in a bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients and chill.
