Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. In medium bowl combine mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  2. Add carrots and raisins.
  3. Toss to coat well.
  4. Cover.
  5. Chill for 2hrs.
