Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb of carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pinch of pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Line pan with aluminum foil
  3. Chop up carrots into thin 3 inch sticks
  4. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl
  5. Brush mixture onto carrots
  6. Spread carrots out on pan then bake until well browned ( 20 minutes)
