Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups carrots
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients from first section and combine oil and eggs one at a time the add carrots
  2. Bake 350 for 30 minutes in 8 inch round pans
  3. Mix remaing ingredients in bowl and ice cake when cool
