Ingredients:

  • 1 cup maple syrup (or 1 1/2 cups dates)
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1/2 cup carob powder

Directions:

  1. Put it all in a blender, scraping the sides often, and blend until fluffy.
  2. If you use dates, add a little orange juice to the blender or soak the dates in OJ before using.
