Directions:

  1. Sauté onions and garlic until barely soft then add spices and sauté until very soft.
  2. Stir in beans and orange juice then sauté 15 minutes stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  3. Mash a few of the beans with a fork then add salt and pepper.
