Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Combine cornstarch and cardamom in saucepan, whisk in apple cider slowly.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, continue whisking until mixture thickens (3 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat, serve over pancakes.
