Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drizzle or bush each slice of bread lightly with olive oil.
  2. Divide and arrange tomatoes evenly on each slice of bread.
  3. Divide and arrange mozzarella evenly on each slice of bread.
  4. Top each slice with 3 basil leaves.
  5. Top each slice with 1/2 tablespoon of parsley.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, or until mozzarella has begun to melt.
  9. Serve immediately.
