Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and green pepper in oil and place in a 3 quart casserole. Saute meat and add to casserole with remaining ingredients except cheese. Spread cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 generously.
