Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil Peppers until soft (around 15 mins) remove stems
  2. Put chopped onion, garlic and cooked peppers in blender
  3. Blend around 10 seconds
  4. Add can of whole tomatoes, cummin, salt, pepper and cilantro
  5. Blend until smooth
  6. Add 1/2 tsp of sugar if too hot
  7. Enjoy!
