Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large kettle sauté onion, green pepper and green onions in oil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour and cook until bubbly.
  3. Add water, stewed tomatoes, chopped tomatoes and tomato paste then mix well.
  4. Stir in corn, ham, sausage, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper sauce.
  5. Bring to a boil stirring frequently.
  6. Reduce heat then simmer uncovered for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
