Cabbage Rolls with Ground Turkey

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb ground turkey , 93% lean
  • 1 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 lb cabbage

Directions:

  1. Saute turkey and diced onion.
  2. Prepare rice in microwave or on stove according to package directions.
  3. Mix turkey, rice, sauce mixture together and place in steamed cabbage leaves.
  4. Place remaining stuffing on bed of shredded cabbage in bottom of casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour until yummy!
