Ingredients:

  • 4 cups rice
  • 4 cups tomatoe
  • 4 large tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Blanch cabbage and break core to remove leaves. cook rice, ground beef and onion. Place mixture in cabbage leaves and roll.
  2. Stew in large pot with tomatoe juice and tomatoes added.
