  1. Coat a small saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add cabbage, carrot, and green onions; sauté 7 minutes or until tender. Spoon cabbage mixture into a 10 x 6-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  2. Combine milk and next 5 ingredients (milk through egg white) in a medium bowl; stir well. Pour over cabbage mixture. Combine parsley and Parmesan cheese; sprinkle over cabbage mixture. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
