Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil cabbage until soft; drain.
  2. In large nonstick skillet, melt the butter with the olive oil.
  3. Add garlic, basil, parsley, onion, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  4. Saute until the cabbage starts to brown.
  5. You can put a lid on it and keep stirring every few minutes.
  6. When the cabbage is nicely browned, add cooked noodles and mix.
  7. Add the parmesan cheese and mix.
