Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 350 oven ungreased 9 x 13 pan
  2. Beat brown sugar, butter, melted butterscotch chips, vanilla, salt and eggs on medium, 2 minutes or until creamy.
  3. Stir in flour and baking powder until mixed, stir in cashews.
  4. Spread in ungreased 9x13 pan.
  5. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until set and edges are dry.
  6. Cool completely, about an hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar , if desired
  7. Cut into desired size bars.
