Buttermilk Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tbsp of flour
  • 8 tbsp of butter
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees
  2. Beat eggs with a whisk. Add sugar and flour; beat well. Add
  3. Melted butter, buttermilk and vanilla. Stir well
  4. Sprinkle pecans pieces evenly into pie crust; pour in egg mixture.
  5. Bake about one hour or until golden brown and set.
