Ingredients:

  • 1 cups sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs (unbeaten)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir lightly to just moisten.
  3. Mixture will be thick and lumpy.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased griddle.
  5. Spread batter with spoon .
