Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 1/2 cup. flour
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 2/3 cup. buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Beat Eggs and Butter.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Pour batter by 1/4 Cupfuls on to a lightly greased griddle or pan.
  4. Enjoy!!!
