Buttermilk Blackberry Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Mix together all dry ingredients.
  2. Add buttermilk, egg and oil.
  3. Mix thoroughly then fold in blackberries.
  4. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
