Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of butter or margarine
  • 3.5 cups of brown sugar
  • 2 tsp of vanilla
  • 4 whipped eggs
  • 1 cup or so of raisins
  • easy pie crust (robin hood just add waterwater 0

Directions:

  1. Melt Butter or Margarine
  2. Add sugar and stir until smooth
  3. Add whipped eggs
  4. Add vanilla
  5. In muffin tin shape pie crust and then put 375
  6. 18 to 20 minutes cool 5 minutes before taking out of pan.
  7. Makes 48 tarts.
