Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Mix base ingredients and press into 8 pan.
  2. Mix raisin mixture and pour over base.
  3. Bake 350 for 30-40 minute.
