Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp milk or 1 tsp cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp coconut (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all together, don't mix a lot and pour into tart shells made from dots pastry.Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
