Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°.
  2. Blend sugars and butter.
  3. Add egg, pumpkin and extract,mix in dry ingredients,& stir in raisins.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls on baking sheet, bake for 23 minutes.
