Ingredients:

  • 5 cup flour
  • 11/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar,add eggs and vanilla. Add salt and baking powder to the flour and gradually add to the creamed mixture. Drop by tsps. onto ungreased baking sheet and bake at 325 for about 10 mins till light tan.
  2. Note: Keep an eye on them,there was no bake time on recipe but seem to remember about 10 mins.
  3. Can make an indentation in the middle and add som jam of your choice before baking. Can make sandwich cookies out of them. Put jam of your choice in btween 2 cookies.
  4. These are rich and delicious!
