Ingredients:

  • 1 (29 oz) can peaches or 1 (29 oz) can pears or 1 (29 oz) can blueberries or 1 (29 oz) can apples
  • 1 (15 oz) can peaches or 1 (15 oz) can pears or 1 (15 oz) can blueberries or 1 (15 oz) can apples
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Place fruit in a lightly greased 9 by 13 pan.
  2. Combine egg, salt, baking powder, sugar, flour and cinnamon; spread evenly over fruit.
  3. Bake in a 400 oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
