Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 1/4 cups white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Combine 4-1/2 cups flour, 2-1/4 cups sugar, salt and baking powder.
  3. Add oil, egg and milk to flour mixture.
  4. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Crumb topping: Mix together 1/1/2 cups sugar, 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup margarine and cinnamon.
  6. Sprinkle over muffins before baking.
