Ingredients:

  • three tb soy sauce
  • 1 finely choppped green onion - white and green parts
  • two tsp sesame oil
  • dash of pepper

Directions:

  1. In small bowl combine all ingredients except ribeye;
  2. Pour marinade over sliced beef and let rest in the fridge at least one hour (but overnight is better);
  3. Grill until browned on both sides (can broil in a single layer as well).
