This is a Korean marinated and grilled beef dish. The original recipe came from , and is simple yet very good.
Ingredients:
one pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
one tb rice vinegar
three tb soy sauce
two tb sugar
one tsp minced garlic
one tsp minced ginger
one finely choppped green onion - white and green parts
two tsp sesame oil
dash of pepper
one tb water
Directions:
1. In small bowl combine all ingredients except ribeye;
2. Pour marinade over sliced beef and let rest in the fridge at least one hour (but overnight is better);
3. Grill until browned on both sides (can broil in a single layer as well).
