Brownie Fudge Pie

  • 3/4 cup plus 2tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup plus 2 tsp cocoa powder ,sifted
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (1/2 stick)
  • 3/4 cup plus 2tbsp skim milk
  • 11/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 3.90 z package instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray and sert aside. Combine the sugar,flour and cocoa in a medium bowl. add the water and melted butter and mix until well blended. Press onto the bottom of the pie pan and bake at 350 for 24-25 mins. Remove from oven and let cool.
  2. In a medium bowl,combine the milk,vanilla,and pudding mix. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the cooled brownie base. Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with the min chocolate chips. Refrigerate before serving.
