Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl mix together flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
  2. In the bowl of a mixer cream yogurt, pumpkin or banana, vanilla and stevia powder until creamy, scraping the sides down at least one time.
  3. Add in eggs one at a time.
  4. Slowly add the flour mixture.
  5. Chop the unsweetened chocolate into very small peices. Add in all the chocolate and mix.
  6. Drop by TB size onto a cookie sheet. Then with lightly wet fingers pat down the top of the cookie until flat.
  7. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
