Brown Sugar Roasted Salmon With Maple Mustard Dill Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine brown sugar, salt and pepper and run on salmon fillets. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Combine mustard, syrup and dill and set aside.
  4. Coat bottom of baking pan with 1 T. of the olive oil and drizzle rest of olive oil over salmon.
  5. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until done.
  6. Serve with sauce.
