Brown Sugar Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Cook the potatoes until tender.
  2. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. In a skillet mix the brown sugar and water and butter, bring to a boil.
  4. Put potatoes in the syrup and cook on low, stirring for 15 minutes.
