Broiled Tomatoes With Curry

Ingredients:

  • 8 small tomatoes
  • sugar , salt and pepper (or sub lemon pepper for salt)

Directions:

  1. Scoop out the tops of the tomatoes
  2. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper
  3. Ass 1/2 pat butter in each
  4. Sprinkle well with curry powder
  5. Broil for 15 minutes under low broil heat
