Broiled Onion Topping

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter or 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter or margarine in a small skillet.
  2. Add onions, cook and stir until tender.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients, spread on cooked patties.
  4. Broil 2 inches from the heat until hot, about 1 minute.
