Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place fillets on broiler rack and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Broil 4 inches from unit for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, cheese and cayenne pepper.
  4. Beat egg white until stiff and fold into mayo mix.
  5. Spread on fish and broil until puffed and lightly browned.
  6. Serve immediately.
