  1. Combine garlic, mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Add oil drop by drop whisking until smooth.
  3. Place tomatoes in buttered baking dish and spread with mustard mixture.
  4. Broil tomatoes 3 inches from heat for 1 minute.
