Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop broccoli into small pieces disposing stems and just using the heads. Steam for 1-2 minutes to enhance the color.
  2. Mix cheese, bacon, onion, almonds with broccoli and chill.
  3. Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar and pour over salad before serving.
